ROBIN HOOD

MAIN TITLE

Role: Type Animation

OPENING LEGEND

Role: Animation

In the 2010 Ridley Scott release of Robin Hood, Prologue was tasked with directing the title design, calligraphic introduction and the pain on end sequence.

I worked on the Main Title’s type animation, which was inspired by hand-drawn letterforms from 12th Century England. It sets the scene of the era in which the film takes place. The same type animation style can also be seen in the Legend Animation.
